Friday night I went to see Henry V by Independent Shakespeare at Barnsdall Park. I looove going to see shows there, it's the perfect location in the city! And it's one of the great history plays. My friend Erwin Tuazon was just fantastic it was very fun to watch. And it's next to House of Pie. And let's be real, it's one of my favorite places on earth.

Today I had rehearsal all morning, was pretty cranky because I hate having to get up with my alarm clock, I think it's wrong and unnatural. But rehearsal itself was fun, we put alot of the play up on it's feet and it was a bit wacky because not only did I do my roller part but I also understudied Melissa today because she's out of town. I generally hate understudying but I'm glad I'm getting the opportunity to play. Though I do wish I had that part because it's so fun and I would love to play someone different. I mean yes she plays a slut but at least she's not the slut in background. That's my job.
Lots of rehearsal this week as well as audition/reading for Julius Caesar so trying to prepare for that while trying to not terrify myself while reading Harry Potter. Eff those books are scary.
Maeby is on a hunger strike and I am caving in. Trying to get her to only eat dry food but it's not working. I ruined her with her organic wet food and I probably shouldn't make her so much chicken and rice and carrots and peas. But she just loves them so! She hasn't eaten in two days though so I think the jig is up. I lose.
